The Conference Images team has a unique advantage of having a background in the hospitality industry, being employed in positions from the ground up, such as food & beverage, event coordinators, guest relations, duty managers, hotel reservations, cost control, accounts and hotel reception. Our experience in these positions allow us to step into a "make it happen hands on roll" being able to work outside the standard venue format and understand how the back of house operations work.

HAZEL - director

Hazel is the founder of Conference Images and her background comprises of 15 years of hands on experience in the many facets of the hospitality industry. Having worked In areas of Guest Relations, reservations, Food & Beverage and Conference Coordinating Hazel is eager to share her knowledge through the establishment of Conference Images.

Hazel was appointed Hospitality Suite Manager for Coco Cola during the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.

DEAN - event manager

Dean is a partner in the company with a high enthusiasm and passion for the business. He is able to bring youthfulness and energy to all conference’s and events. Deans eagerness to satisfy clients is refreshing and second to none. With his unique approach and his creativity, he leaves each conference and event with a lasting impression.

NICOLE - coordinator

Nicole has been with Conference Images for 5 years, her enthusiasm and passion to satisfy clients has made her an invaluable team member and has elevated her to senior coordinator. Nicole offers every client a very high standard of commitment from the pre event concept through to completion of the event. Nicole also takes on the role of Graphic Designer with the ability and confidence to create, design and produce brochures, presentations and proposals which are fresh and edgy.

CHANTELLE - coordinator

Chantelle is the newest member of the team and although Chantelle holds a degree in psychology she has decided to enter the hospitality industry. Chantelle will be involved in coordinating all events and to ensure clients expectations are exceeded, her focus is client satisfaction.
